  • Refill Bookings & Intervals
    Please book your lash refill in accordance to how many weeks it has been since your last appointment: 0-9 days is classified as a one-week refill 10-17 days is classified as a two-week refill 18-24 days is classified as a three-week refill. If you have booked in for a refill and have less than 40% of lashes, you will be charged for a full set.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows
    Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 for refills and $50 for full sets. No-shows will be charged the full 100% fee of the appointment.
  • Pre Appointment Prep
    Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup.
  • Refund Policy
    Service Changes All services are non-refundable once completed. In the case of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours of your service for a resolution. Booking Changes For lash appointments, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50/100% charge of the service fee.
  • Returns
    Returns can be made within 14 days of purchasing. All products being returned must be within their original packing and unused. Returns will be issued a store credit once the returned items have been received and approved by our team. Please send us the return tracking number once you receive it.   • Shipping
    AU Standard Delivery - $10 (3-10 business days) AU Express Delivery - $15 (2-5 business days) Please allow 24 hours from ordering for your delivery to begin. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Delivery times can be increased during busy periods such as Christmas and New Years. Tracking information is included in the confirmation email you receive once your order has been processed and handed to the courier for delivery. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to show an update.
  • Payment
    Enrolment into program requires an initial payment to secure place which is non-refundable. Final payment is required 5 business days prior to the course start date, if payment is not fulfilled, the initial deposit is forfeited and place in program is voided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy For lash appointments: Cancellations made within 24 hours or more in advance can receive a deposit refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total appointment fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. For products: We offer refunds for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded or exchanged. For Lash Training: - Payments for lash training is non-refundable, there is an option to reschedule within 5 days notice. - Full payment must be paid 5 days prior to your training date. Liability Limitations Chey Lash is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or allergic reactions resulting from the use of our services or products. Customers should always conduct a patch test before using new products. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including images, text, and videos, are owned by Chey Lash and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of our materials is prohibited.
