There are 3 things that need to be correct to have great retention: humidity, temperature and pH.
 
PH is basically a measure of acidity. If the lashes are too acidic or not acidic enough, the chemical bond of the glue won’t take place properly. 
 
This is where the pH balancing primer works amazing, as it will prepare the natural lashes for the glue to adhere too. Apply it just as you would with normal primer after cleansing the lashes. Use a micro brush to gentle apply the primer on the natural lashes.
